A Fundraiser for Movement Disorders

NSTA along with the Parkinson’s and Movement Disorder Foundation (www.pmdf.org) are going to host a 5K Walk/Run fundraiser at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, California. The event would help raise funds for both organizations while spreading awareness about Parkinson’s & Movement Disorders.
Registration is only $20. You can also make an additional donation as well when you register. If you are unable to attend, you can simply make a donation. All donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be sent to you for tax filling purposes.
Bring your family and friends and join us so we can raise money to support our mission. There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place participants.
- 1st place – 2 tickets to Disneyland
- 2nd place – 2 tickets to Universal Studios
- 3rd place – Nintendo Wii Bicycle
Participants of the fundraiser who attend will also be eligible for our raffle prize consisting of various gift cards such as: Six Flags-Magic Mountain Tickets, Amazon Gift Card, Starbucks Gift Card, iTunes Gift Card, Target Gift Card
